• Guestroom 1: Relax in a serene guestroom featuring a king-size bed, stunning views, side tables, lamps, a sound machine, and a clock.
• Bathroom 1: The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and comes stocked with towels and amenities for your convenience.

Upstairs: Level 2

• Guestroom 2: This bright room features two twin beds, making it great for kids or extra guests. Enjoy beautiful views, a closet, sound machine, and side table.
• Primary Bedroom: This spacious room features a king-sized bed and a private deck for enjoying the breathtaking views. A walk-through closet provides plenty of storage.
• Bathroom 2: Accessible from the main living area, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, with towels provided for your convenience.
• Dining Area: Gather around the dining table for 7 guests, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen island for casual meals.
• Living Area 2: Unwind in the cozy living area, featuring a couch for 5 guests and a big screen TV for movie nights.
• Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a large island, and barstools for casual dining. This vacation rental near Schweitzer Mountain is perfect for home-cooked meals, complete with a smoker for outdoor cooking.
• Deck: The expansive front deck invites you to relax with seating for 4, a pellet heater, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking—ideal for your Sandpoint weekend getaway.

– More Information:

• Multiple Rentals: This property is called “Hideout Lane” and features two vacation rentals: the “Cliff House” and the “Lookout Tower.” Both properties are separated by a cliff for added privacy. If you need more space, consider booking the Lookout Tower, which is available on Airbnb and VRBO!
• Pets: We welcome pets for a $75 fee. However, please keep them under your supervision at all times. Due to the potential presence of wildlife and the steep cliffs surrounding the home, as well as the lack of a fenced yard, bringing pets is at the owner’s risk.
• Road Access: The road to the Cliff House (Granite Ridge Rd.) is gravel, and the driveway is somewhat steep. In winter, a 4×4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for safe access. The paved driveway offers ample parking space for up to 3 cars.
• Train Noise: The city of Sandpoint is known for trains so you’ll hear the train whistle from the valley below. You’ll be surprised how quickly you become accustomed to the sound but if you’re not used to it you can use the “white noise” player or earplugs in the bedroom to muffle the train whistles at night.
