Welcome to Magpie Manor, a spacious two-story home ideal for family reunions, group getaways, or a peaceful retreat. Accommodating up to 10 guests, this charming home combines comfort, breathtaking views, and family-friendly amenities.
Main Level:
- Living Room: Relax in the cozy living room with a large Roku TV, comfy couches, and chairs after exploring the beauty of North Idaho.
- Dining Room: Enjoy meals together at the dining table for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials, this kitchen makes meal prep a breeze while offering plenty of space to gather.
- Laundry Room: Conveniently located downstairs with a washing machine and dryer, plus complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.
- Deck: Step onto the newly rebuilt deck featuring a hot tub, seating, dining furniture, a Blackstone grill, and unbeatable views of Sandpoint, Lake Pend Oreille, and the Cabinet Mountains.
- Guestroom 1: Enjoy stunning mountain views from this cozy room with a queen-size bed, closet, chair, and sound machine.
- Guestroom 2: A comfortable queen-size bed and sound machine make this room a relaxing retreat.
- Bathroom 1: This full-size bathroom features a NEW shower/tub combo and is conveniently located between the two guest rooms.
2nd Floor:
- Master Bedroom (Guestroom 3): This spacious room includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The closet doubles as an office workspace with a desk and dual monitors.
- Master Bathroom (Bathroom 2): Newly remodeled, the en-suite bathroom offers a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks with provided toiletries.
- Guestroom 4: A queen-size bed, closet, and desk make this room perfect for working guests.
- Bathroom 3: This Jack and Jill bathroom, shared by guestrooms 4 and 5, includes dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
- Guestroom 5 (Kids’ Room): Furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and a Pac-Man arcade game, this room accommodates 4 guests and is designed for fun!
Additional Details:
- Parking: Ample driveway space for 3-4 cars.
- Family-Friendly Features: Keep kids entertained with sound machines, toys, and books. A pack & play, booster seat, and children’s dinnerware are also provided. The spacious master bedroom closet is ideal for setting up the pack & play. (Please note: this is a two-story home, and child gates are not provided for the stairs.)
- Train Sounds: In the valley below the home’s location there is a train track that can occasionally be heard passing. This unfortunately isn’t avoidable but we just wanted to ensure you are aware:) The home owners have included sound machines in case that anyone is overly sensitive to sounds.
- Road Conditions: The home is a .4 mile drive on Granite Ridge Road which can be icy during the winter season. We reccomend a AWD or 4WD vehicles.
House Rules:
- NO PETS of any kind allowed on the premises.
- NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises.
- NO PARTIES: Parties are not allowed as this home is in a quiet community.
- Quite Hours: Please respect quiet time between the hours of 9pm-9am.
